The pictures from the MCR weekend at Bournemouth can be found here.

Looks like everyone had a great time. Very appropriate that picture number 60 reveals the age of our Chairman; oops - maybe I shouldn't have written that.
I think a big thank you should be directed to "Rambling" for organising the event with his trusty team.

;)But, Cliff, he was in Room 52 - I thought that was the significant number.

An excellent weekend, the 26th consecutive Mini Cooper weekend at Hinton Firs Hotel, thanks to everyone who was there, thanks to Robert for the pix. The Raffle made an excellent £235 which was donated yesterday to the Myton Hospice at Rugby. Difficult to pick out highlights but the forum on Friday night with Peter Baldwin, Graham Churchill and Sarah Munns - chaired by Robert Young was first class. The quiz was its normal controversial self, chaired by new boy Graham W, though it was lovely to receive a phone call during the quiz from original quiz master Dave Tippett in Cyprus. Numbers were down but equally it was nice to meet new people including the Sandland family from Devon who between them have two of the coveted places on Minis to Monte this year. A superb weekend.

Thanks once again to Don, aka "rambling" for organising our Bournemouth weekend and also for the generosity of all those who took part in not only supplying the raffle prizes but also buying the raffle tickets to try and win them back!

Thanks also to Peter Baldwin, Sarha Munns and Graham Churchill for making my duties at the friday night forum so much easier - and without Barrie Williams stealing the floor all the time.

If anyone would like electronic copies of any of the photographs that I took, drop me an email at youngres@globalnet.co.uk quoting the number and I will send you an electronic copy which you can print off yourself.

Robert Young
