Must have cost a tidy sum in listing fees so far....! Must have been on half a dozen times
Looks like Patrick has stuck a bid in and the car will be going to a new home.

Someone who allegedly offered £6.5K for this car a few months back and the bloke obviously wanted more for it. Affectionately now known as Patrick's car

The term 'low mileage' being used in the broadest sense here ! Similar phrase to the hallowed ...'good condition FOR AGE' ! we see so often, in other words it's completely knackered .
A 1275 metro lump on 59,000 miles will be ready for the crusher about now, specially the gearbox.
Nice paint though !

I somehow doubt the 6K bid is genuine - I reckon its worth 4K tops....
Maybe Patrick has taked his Mrs round at last.....
What are the odds on it being re-listed next week?

Looking at the bidders bidding history, he/she has also bid on Rolls Royce items, hmm.........
Here's a highly suspect tax exempt Mini

What about this 'historic' vehicle with its 1987 shell?

That's a hell of a mixed up shell isn't it - some bits of it are historic

According to DVLA this is/was a 1959 Mini.
However, I'd disagree with the sellers comments that 'This is not a basket case'

I wonder why there is a flame thrower in the passenger footwell...?!
It would be quite a major restoration job I think!
You know its getting desperate when you have to point out the value of the boot and bonnet badges in the listing!
A fair start price though.... I would imagine this will end up swapping chassis plates with another car
ANOTHER EBAY LISTING IN A LARGE FONT WITH CAPS LOCK ON!

Does this sort of thing happen Norton - surely not in honest, law-abiding Britain

Have you seen these items on e-Bay yet: -
http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=230155838195#ebayphotohosting
Okay they were put there by me, so feel free to have a go if you want but I'm just trying to free up some space (okay they were hidden away at my mothers house for years) and hopefully make a few pennies to spend on the Mini.
But the other item I have on there is Mini related but unwanted now: -

| Would have been interested in the MK III/IV black dash pod if the price wouldn't rise to heaven (as it probably will, which is good for you!). Last edited on Thursday July 26th, 2007 08:41 am by Mini4Ever |

Going by the superb feedback that the buyer has, I think we could be seeing the car back on very soon.
Update
Patrick is back on eBay - see questionable post
