The MINI Clubman has been on sale for less than a month and is proving a huge hit with the British public, contributing to a record November total of 4,104 new MINI registrations. In many UK dealerships MINI Clubman allocations were quickly snapped up, leaving the car sold out into 2008. Bumper sales meant MINI enjoyed its largest ever share of the UK market last month, at 2.59 per cent. November was the third record sales month for MINI in 2007.
Nearly 3,000 orders have been placed for the new MINI Clubman.

Stupidity clearly knows no bounds. Think of the cars you could buy for the price of a useless 'lifestyle' heap like that.

So called "Lifestyle" cars like the new VW Beetle, Smart Car and the new Fiat 500 don't handle like sports cars, consistently sell in big numbers after the first year or so, or appeal to enthusiast drivers of all ages. If you tried actually driving a MINI or the new Clubman for a while you might think differently and realize why it has been such a big success for 7 years, if only Rover could have done that on their own using the same factory, the Mini heritage and workers........ but even then would buyers have bought the car especially in other countries like the States where their reputation for building good cars was in tatters?
