Is there a bible for the old (60's) works cars which has pictures and specs etc...??

I found on here the other nite build sheets for sale  but cant find the post now ((or was i day dreaming or nite dreaming after a few pints))

The Works Minis by Peter Browning is probably the best book on the subject solely devoted to the Mini. The original from the 1970s is available in hardback and softback versions. An updated version was published in 1996 (only available in hardback so far as I know).

Also well worth considering is BMC/BL Competitions Department by Bill Price which covers the Mini and everything else that BMC and BL raced and rallied from 1955 until Abingdon closed - so no MG Metro 6R4 stuff.

I though build sheets were also available form the mrc archive at one stage, not sure if still available. These as far as I remember list all items and part numbers of a specific car to event. However they do not list in detail with dimensions and technique's of mods.

Build sheets should still be available from the MCR archive. Its mainly the B reg'd cars that they have.

Not aware of any drawings that are readily available. Some parts are regularly advertised on eBay.

A very basic idea is in Brian Moylan's book Anatomy of the works minis published by veloce £14.99 this also has a build sheet for 1966 German rally with jbl172d.
