Well, I've had Emily the Cooper for just about a year, and it's time for her MOT.
Gave her a good going over this week and finger crossed everything goes well.
Not had any major problems with her, replaced ball joints and wheel bearings, both pairs of front sub-frame mounts, top stabiliser bushes and while I was at it, oil/filter change.
The only thing I'm worred about is the emission test!
Guess I'll know for sure come 1000 hours on Saturday.
ha ha ha.

| Not usually a problem unless: 1) you're already aware it's not quite on top form, 2) it's been modded taking it to the edge of the limits, or 3), my usual problem, there's no contents in the cat! A couple of good taps on speed bumps start the honeycomb breaking up and the exhaust gases blow it down the pipe.

Passed! Thank goodness for that!
The only reason I was worried about the emissions is there is a rattle coming from the CAT, so think I'll need to get a new one soon(ish).

I'd agree, mines got the JC conversion and passes with flying colours everytime for emisions, it's well below the limits.
Are you sure it's the cat that's rattling? It's hard to tell with exhausts as the sound travels down the pipe, so it may just be one of the boxes.
