I have replaced the rad, pump, thermo, thermo housing, coil, hoses, vacuum hoses, added servo oneway valve, refurbed rad cowling, brackets, engine steady & a host of other brackets, new nut's, bolts & clips.
need to fit new plugs & leads, braided oil cooler hoses, fan belt, electronic ignitor, new clutch, flanged cylinder head bolts, paint oil seporator.
next...carb refurb, new fuel hoses, fuel filter, old school pancake air filters, new master cylinders & plate.
(thats enough to think about for the time being anyway (plus I got a baby coming in two month's)!!!

I have seen emission control systems with a pipe on both sides of the unit (mine just has one hence the "y" peice & somewhat awkward hose layout). A unit with two pipes would make things so much neater.
Are they avalible from anywhere? doe's anyone have one liying around?
I've also seen photographs of units that only conecter to the oil seperator on the left. What do you guys think the right hand side seperator would have been conected to?

| Am I right (or wrong) in thinking that white thing on the servo is a non return valve?

| Yes, I can see the one in the hose but if I am right about the white thing on the servo then the one in the hose is not necessary. I've just had a look at my servo and can suck air from it but cannot blow into it - which is why I have asked the question. Any experts on these servos out there?

| Does the Minispares 'not always available from the factory' comment explain this? If not available the inline one gets fitted to keep the car on the road.

| That Minispares valve is not the thing I am talking about. I mean the white hose connector which the vacuum pipe connects to. I have just had a look at the Haynes Manual and it does indeed refer to this as a non-return valve. However, I am sure it will not matter if there are two valves fitted.

| Looks really great - a fantastic example of 70s'tastic Mini style!! The colour suits the 1275GT very well.
