That shown on the bonnet of BEC 19C is not a works style '9' and don't take any notice of the '6' on LBL 6D as that is wrong as well.

Your best bet is to visit somewhere that makes up vinyl letters/numbers, see what fonts they have that look close and order a few.

Ive been putting the vinyl on the dash....Fun

Does anyone know if they used clips like the seat ones to fasten the bottom edge of the upper dash rail vinyl?

Yes, it is fun - NOT !!

I think the clips are a little different but could be wrong. I used some off a Hornet - I'll see if I can take one off the replica and email you a picture of it. I'll check the body parts book as well.

hi steve the car was sent to stockport that is how it got its bec reg  . the car was used extensively on the 1969 motoring news rounds and is in the book nineteen two the dozen by eddie green. the book also shows lots of rally cars from the early sixties  bryn

Another 970S;

ABW56C (KA2S4 550960), built March 65, originally OEW/white but changed to green/white during its rebuild in 1990. The car went to Japan but the V5 is still here.....:D
